Video Capture Machine
- 4U rackmount Supermicro Server 6040 (370DE6 board)
- Dual Intel PIII 1GHz processors, 512MB RAM
- IBM 18.3GB SCSI hard disk
- ATI 8MB AGP video card (need since no on-board video)
- 4 Hauppauge WinTV cards (model 401 w/svideo)
- Most Access Grid nodes use projectors to display the multicast video
- streams. The Digital Worlds node here at UF is using several 42" and
- 50" plasma screens instead. The two models being used are the Pioneer
- PDP-502MX (50") and the Fujitsu PDS4221 (42").
