If you are experiencing a system wide problem or outage you should report the problem to CNS. For more information about problems CNS handles click Here.

If you are having a problem with your personal system or are unsure about the cause of your problem you should contact the UF Computing HelpDesk first. For more information about miscellaneous problems Click Here.


If you wish to obtain new service, connections or configuration changes, you will need to make a request to CNS. For more information about CNS Requests click Here.

Important! System wide problems should be reported as a problem to CNS not a Request.

When should I Report a problem to CNS?

*In the event of a widespread network outage it may be advisable to call 352-392-2061. CNS has 24/7 coverage, please use discretion when calling after regular business hours .
